data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le 22\u202foctobre 2024, l\u2019ACS a organis\u00e9 une s\u00e9ance sp\u00e9ciale de formation \u00e0 la surdic\u00e9cit\u00e9 lors du Sommet annuel des fournisseurs de services de l\u2019ACS \u00e0 Ottawa. La journ\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9e par deux experts sourds-aveugles, Robert T. Sirvage et Nancy Dillon, et a rassembl\u00e9 le personnel de l\u2019ACS ainsi que des repr\u00e9sentants de la plateforme technologique de l\u2019ACS (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ives-inc.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IV\u00e8S<\/a>) et des fournisseurs d\u2019interpr\u00e8tes vid\u00e9o (<a href=\"https:\/\/asign.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Asign<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.convo.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Convo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sivet.ca\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SIVET<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isep.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISEP<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Cette formation d\u00e9coule d\u2019une recommandation cl\u00e9 de <em>l\u2019\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 sur la fourniture de services de relais vid\u00e9o et la satisfaction des besoins des utilisateurs sourds-aveugles de l\u2019ASL\/LSQ<\/em> r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l\u2019ACS, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9e en juillet 2024. L\u2019\u00e9tude, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en partenariat avec Touch Seeds (un cabinet de conseil sur la surdic\u00e9cit\u00e9 bas\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis) et Eversa (une organisation canadienne de personnes sourdes), a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019une plus grande sensibilisation et d\u2019une meilleure prise en compte de la culture afin de mieux soutenir les utilisateurs sourds-aveugles du SRV.
