  1. D\u00e9marrez l\u2019application sur votre appareil ou, si vous utilisez un ordinateur Mac, visitez le site en ligne au moyen du navigateur Web Waterfox.<\/li>\n
  2. Connectez-vous avec votre nom d\u2019utilisateur et votre mot de passe.<\/li>\n
  3. \u00c0 l\u2019aide de votre clavier ou de votre \u00e9cran tactile, composez le num\u00e9ro de la personne que vous d\u00e9sirez joindre et cliquez ensuite sur le bouton correspondant au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone vert. Vous pouvez aussi vous servir du carnet d\u2019adresses ou de l\u2019historique des derniers appels sortants pour faire un appel.<\/li>\n
  4. Lorsque vous utilisez l\u2019application sur un ordinateur personnel ou le site en ligne sur un ordinateur Mac, vous devrez peut-\u00eatre cliquer sur la fl\u00e8che pour acc\u00e9der au clavier.<\/li>\n

    Deaf Customer Calls Hearing Customer<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. Using the\u00a0Canada VRS <\/strong>app, the Deaf customer dials the phone number of the hearing person they want to reach.<\/li>
    2. Based on the language settings of the Deaf customer, the call is answered by either an ASL or LSQ\u00a0Canada VRS\u00a0<\/strong>Video Interpreter (VI).<\/li>
    3. The VI will give a short greeting. If there are any special considerations for the call, this is a good time to explain them. For instance, if it is a conference call with multiple participants, a call to a business that has a long phone tree or to a specialist such as a doctor or lawyer. Note that an explanation is not a requirement. It is up to the Deaf customer to decide if it would be helpful to provide an explanation.<\/li>
    4. Once the outgoing call to the hearing person is initiated, the VI will let the Deaf customer know what is going on, for instance \u201cringing\u201d, \u201canswered\u201d or \u201cvoicemail prompt\u201d. Once the hearing person answers, the VI will let them know that a Deaf person is calling, and will provide the name of the Deaf caller. If it is a first time call, the VI will explain how a\u00a0Canada VRS\u00a0<\/strong>call works.<\/li>
    5. Using spoken language, the VI will interpret the Deaf customer\u2019s sign language for the hearing caller. Using sign language, the VI will interpret what the hearing caller is saying for the Deaf customer. Note: Voice Carry Over (VCO) customers will need to ensure their settings allow for VCO. If VCO is not working, let the VI know, as they may need to make a setting adjustment.<\/li>
    6. When the call is finished, either the Deaf customer or hearing person will hang up. The Deaf customer can stay connected and make another call with the same interpreter.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

      1. The hearing person, using any kind of telephone, dials the Deaf person\u2019s\u00a0Canada VRS\u00a0<\/strong>10-digit telephone number.<\/li>
      2. Based on the language settings of the Deaf customer, the call is answered by either an ASL or LSQ\u00a0Canada VRS\u00a0<\/strong>Video Interpreter (VI).<\/li>
      3. The VI will give a short greeting. When the calling party is ready, the call is put through.<\/li>
      4. The VI dials the number of the Deaf customer. As long as the Deaf customer has their device turned on and is logged into Canada VRS<\/strong>, the app will signal that there is an incoming call. The \u201cringing\u201d behaviour will depend on the device being used and the user settings.<\/li>
      5. Once the Deaf person has answered, the VI will introduce the hearing caller using sign language.<\/li>
      6. If there is no answer, the calling party may elect to leave a Video Mail message which will be interpreted by the VI.<\/li>
      7. Using spoken language, the VI interprets the Deaf customer for the hearing caller. Using sign language, the VI interprets what the hearing caller is saying for the Deaf customer.<\/li>
      8. At the end of the call, the hearing caller can choose to make another call with the same interpreter to another Deaf customer, or disconnect from the session.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>

        1. Two registered\u00a0Canada VRS\u00a0<\/strong>customers may use the\u00a0Canada VRS<\/strong>\u00a0app to call each other directly using video, without a Video Interpreter (VI).<\/li>
        2. The customer dials the\u00a0Canada VRS\u00a0<\/strong>10-digit telephone number of another Canada VRS.<\/strong><\/li>
        3. When the customer receiving the call answers, they are connected directly and can use the\u00a0Canada VRS\u00a0<\/strong>app to sign and text back and forth. They can also use their voices if the Voice Carried Over (VCO) setting is selected in the user\u2019s app Settings screen.<\/li>
        4. If there is no answer, the calling party may elect to leave a Video Mail message.<\/li>
        5.           Une notification est envoy\u00e9e aux clients de\u00a0SRV Canada<\/strong>\u00a0lorsqu\u2019ils re\u00e7oivent un appel entrant (vibration, t\u00e9moin lumineux, sonnerie, etc.) sur leur appareil.
          \n<\/strong>Le type de \u00ab\u00a0sonnerie\u00a0\u00bb peut varier selon l\u2019appareil utilis\u00e9 et les r\u00e9glages de l\u2019utilisateur.<\/p>\n

          Lorsqu\u2019un client de\u00a0SRV Canada<\/strong>\u00a0r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un appel, il est mis en contact avec un interpr\u00e8te vid\u00e9o. L\u2019interpr\u00e8te vid\u00e9o fait une br\u00e8ve introduction et pr\u00e9sente l\u2019appelant.
