Access customer service with Live Chat using your PC or Mac.
Live Chat is available on desktop versions of Chrome and Firefox on Windows, and Safari and Waterfox on Mac. Live chat is also available through the website on mobile.
Please note: Live Chat is only available during customer service hours.

Click on the Live Chat button. You will be taken to a page where you can select either video or text to communicate with a Canada VRS Customer Service Representative.
To use 'Video' with Live Chat, select the green 'Video Chat' button in the top right-hand corner. You will connect by video with a Customer Service Representative who will assist you using ASL.
To use 'Text' with Live Chat, select the red 'Text Chat' button in the top right-hand corner. You will connect with a Customer Service Representative and can carry on your conversation using text in the chatbox. You can save your text conversation by simply copying and pasting it into a Word document or the notepad function on your PC.
