SRV Canada VRS gives you the option to create a second account and number for business use. If you already have an account and number registered, you can register a second number under your name, but with a different email address. You will also add the name of your business. This feature is for customers who want to have one VRS number for their friends and family, and a different one for business use.
We recommend that if you decide to have two numbers, you also have two devices (i.e., a computer for one number and a mobile device for the other), as you are only able to make and receive calls on one account per device at a time. If you choose to use two accounts on one device, you will need to sign in and out of your accounts.

- If you are signed in to the app, make sure you sign out.
- Visit the Registration page by selecting ‘Create your account’.
- Select ‘I already have a VRS account and would like to create a second account’.
Be prepared to provide your existing VRS number and Username.
- Follow the remaining registration instructions.
You will have to use a different email address than the one used on your personal account.
