Use the Chat Box to give the hearing person you are calling important information.
Examples of information:
- Your credit card number.
- A hotel confirmation code.
- Your SIN number.
Use the Chat Box to give your interpreter background information for the call. No matter how skilled they are, any interpreter will interpret better with more information.
Examples of background information:
- You are calling the mechanic to see if your car is ready.
- You are calling a golf course to book a tee time.
- You are calling the school principal about your daughter.
